Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CarouselCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

CarouselCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarouselCraft and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You own your photos. Any photos you upload to CarouselCraft remain your property. By uploading, you grant CarouselCraft a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display those photos solely for the purpose of generating your carousels.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload photos that infringe on third-party copyrights, contain illegal content, or violate anyone's privacy.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos and will never use them to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

CarouselCraft owns the platform, including the application code, design, UI elements, generated templates, and all intellectual property created by us. Nothing in these terms transfers any CarouselCraft intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the CarouselCraft platform or any portion of it.

All payments are processed by Stripe. CarouselCraft does not store your payment card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern payment processing.

7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal by emailing lina.schwartz@jocis.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Refunds are not available after the 7-day window.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use CarouselCraft to upload or generate content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion if we determine it is being used abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these terms. In cases of clear abuse we may terminate without prior notice.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and any stored data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
